Our 2 acre sustainable community hosts 18 Craftsman Style residences sited around a 2,200 square foot common house. All of our homes and the Community Building are Green Buildings which not only meet, but greatly exceed the rigid Colorado “Built-Green” standards. Our attached and single family residences range from 867 square feet to 1,700 square feet, all with ample porch and deck space for outdoor living options. Lyons Valley Village homes each come equipped with a solar hot water system and Energy Star high efficiency appliances.
