Our Vision:

Ours is a community dedicated to and based on the belief that all individuals, living things, and the physical world are unique, valuable and that the greatest value is achieved when they exist with mutual respect and consideration for each other. To achieve that we have joined in a community where we share our time, effort and feelings, meals and other activities to create a welcoming, homey atmosphere for folks of all ages and persuasions.

Community Living

We are a skilled group of people who have the tools to share opinions, resolve conflict, and make collaborative decisions. Conflict evolves into humor and good feelings. We expect that everyone in the community is part of our extended family where everyone is heard, understood and honored.

Our common house is a safe haven for all in our extended family. Common house activities spill over to the entire community where kids of all ages share through music, games, and other interests.

Respecting the Earth

We emphasize efficient earth friendly construction, xeriscaping and pedestrian orientation in our community design. We reduce material waste and consumption through cooperation in daily life.
